Host/ Hostess who will join the S3 team will have a resort-like feel when working there. As mentioned before, beach views with people enjoying either a vibrant lounge or dining experience with cozy fires at night set the tone. Restaurant hosts' responsibilities are welcoming and seating guests. Answering incoming calls and managing reservations, and occasionally assist wait staff as needed.



Busser/ Food Runners

Bussers are more hands-on and typically get promoted to a server position. Responsibilities at S3 include serving plates, glasses, silverware, refilling beverages, and cleaning tables. It is a great position to build your knowledge and experience in the industry.
